Amy King

Amy enjoys sharing her gift of crocheting by crocheting afghans for her ministry at the Well, Angels of comfort.  She also crochets for different non profit organizations. Her love of crocheting has blessed many people. She wants to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Amy met her husband Bill through the marching band The Alto Cadets. Amy and her Junior High School sweetheart have been married for 50 years. They are the proud parents of a daughter Janine Henahan (Husband Jason) and a son William King Jr (wife Nikki). They have two grandsons Konner and Kameron King. She adores her two English Springers Phoebe Grace and Eden Joy.

Amy has loved Jesus all her life and credits her parents Glenn and Betty Muir and her grandmother Elsie Kniseley for her deep love for Jesus. Amy and Bill worked with Salt and Light Youth Ministries as cooks for the mission teams in South Carolina. Bill and Amy enjoy camping with Phoebe and Eden.

As the co chair of the Ministry Directors, Amy looks forward to serving the congregation at the Well.
