Erika has a passion for serving Christ by using her gifts in leadership, administration, finance, and strategic planning to strengthen the ministry of The Well. She believes that building a strong organizational and financial foundation allows pastors, ministry leaders, and volunteers to focus on sharing the Gospel and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration, Erika spent more than three decades serving in higher education administration and athletics leadership. She is grateful that God has used those experiences to prepare her for ministry and to faithfully steward the resources and mission of The Well.

Erika enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and following sports. She especially enjoys encouraging others to discover and use their God-given gifts as they serve the Lord together. She believes that every role in the Church, whether visible or behind the scenes, is an opportunity to glorify God and advance His Kingdom.
